GUARANTEED RESERVATION

 

No reservation is valid, actionable or guaranteed until a form of payment has been tendered to Indy Sedan LLC prior to service or valid credit card information has been given to Indy Sedan LLC to hold the reservation. No charges to a held credit card will be incurred until services have been rendered.

All "Special Event" Reservations will require payment to be presented in full within 48 hours before service is scheduled to begin.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Most "One Way Transfers" (such as airport service) and Hourly Service may be cancelled by client without charge until 2 hours prior to the sheduled time of pickup within the Indianapolis Metro Area.

 

If the pickup is located outside of the Indianapolis Metro Area (this would only include Hourly, Half Day and Daily services) , the cancellation window begins  2 hours prior to when the chauffeur leaves the base of operations in Indianapolis.

 

Cancellation charges for One Way Transfers are 1/2 of Base Rate + standard 20% Gratuity.  Cancellation charges for hourly service are 1/2 of total agree upon charges + standard  20% Gratuity and any time spent in transit to and from the pickup location.

 

Cancellation Charges for all serice types on "Special Events" (Superbowl, Indy 500 etc.) will be charged at the full agreed upon fare and extend to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Clients will be informed of any "Special Event" at time of booking reservation.

 

Any non-refundable expenses incurred by Indy Sedan (Such as Airline, Hotel, Rental Car, etc.) due to cancellation will be charged to the client.

 

 

 

NO SHOW POLICY

 

In the event that the client does not show up at the prearranged time at the pick up location and does not contact Indy Sedan within 10 minutes of that time, then the client will be billed the entire cost of the service.

Delayed flights will not be considered a no-show.

 

 

 

AIRPORT SERVICE DEFINITION

 

Airport service is when the client is transported directly to or from the airport to one location (2 locations if prearranged)

 

 

 

HOURLY SERVICE DEFINITION

 

When client needs transportation to multiple locations, a location that would take over an hour from garage to garage, or if client needs driver to wait until they are ready to continue traveling.

 

 

 

HALF DAY SERVICE DEFINITION

 

Half Day Service is  for any Hourly Services booked for more than 6 hours and less than 9 hours.

Clients will receive a discounted rate.

 

 

DAILY SERVICE DEFINITION

 

Full Day Service is  for any Hourly Services booked for more than 9 hours and less than 15 hours.

Clients will receive a discounted rate.
